A Self-Acceptance Introduction

A self-acceptance introduction is the first step

A self-acceptance introduction is the start of a powerful topic. Discussing personal topics is a challenge. It requires patience. Which is often the first challenge. The second is to listen without predetermining the outcome.

Next, is the choice to become vulnerable enough to discuss the challenge of self-acceptance. In this case, I reached out to the creator of Be Moved.

It’s not easy to talk about a subject like Self Acceptance. That’s why it can help when you have a guide. I was lucky enough to meet Tara Massan. Her mission is to help others lead healthier lives.

Experience Counts

Massan was willing to share her experience and understanding with me and invite me to join her in a series of conversations about what Self Acceptance means and what it can mean for each of us.

Here’s a Story…

Listen to the story of how our first conversation was supposed to be the first podcast, and how starting with Self Acceptance, was something that I had to take to heart when our first recording was lost.
