A self-acceptance introduction is the start of a powerful topic. Discussing personal topics is a challenge. It requires patience. Which is often the first challenge. The second is to listen without predetermining the outcome.
Next, is the choice to become vulnerable enough to discuss the challenge of self-acceptance. In this case, I reached out to the creator of Be Moved.
It’s not easy to talk about a subject like Self Acceptance. That’s why it can help when you have a guide. I was lucky enough to meet Tara Massan. Her mission is to help others lead healthier lives.
